As a business associate to healthcare providers, we cannot use or disclose protected health information in any way that the healthcare provider itself may not. We comply with all applicable state laws that impose additional protections or requirements for health information. Connecticut Residents (CTDPA)

Utah Residents (UCPA)

Nevada Residents
Under Nevada law, residents have the right to opt-out of the sale of their personal information. While we do not currently sell personal data, Nevada residents may submit an opt-out request by emailing us at support@mytrustmedical.com.
Additional Notice for California Residents
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides California residents with the right to receive certain disclosures regarding the collection, use, and sharing of their personal information, as well as the right to access, delete, correct, opt-out, and limit the use of sensitive personal information. These rights apply to all residents of California, regardless of whether you are a consumer, website visitor, or business contact. Please note our processing of protected health information is not covered by the CCPA.
